Cancellation & Refund

We understand that sometimes unforeseen things can happen and you have to cancel a reservation, so we have defined this policy:

We require notice of cancellation by email, phone or letter and we may withhold part or all of your payment. We hope you will understand that we will incur expenses and lost business through a cancellation. If notice of cancellation is given -

• a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice prior the date of the reservation we must withhold 20% of your payment to cover administration costs and re-listing.
• between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days notice prior to the date of the reservation we must withhold 50% of your payment
• less than seven (7) days notice prior to the date of the reservation - no refund is available, sorry.

The Good Life B&B will not accept liability or indemnify you with regards to:

• Loss or damage to any of your personal belongings or valuables
• Damage to your own vehicles or hired vehicles
• Cost of hiring and the return of golf equipment

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in is from 2 pm and our check-out time is by 10 am please.

Health considerations:

• Strictly no smoking inside our premises
• No animals or any kind of pets can be accepted
